Your studio session
Cancellation Policy
Studio time is reserved especially for your project. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make that time available to another musician or client.
Cancellation fees
The following fees apply when you cancel a confirmed session, based on how much notice we receive before its scheduled start time.
- 24 hours or less before your session
- One hour's session feeCharged at the hourly session rate confirmed for your booking.
- More than 24 hours and up to 7 days before your session
- 50% of the booked session feeHalf of the total fee for the session you reserved.
- More than 7 days before your session
- No cancellation fee
Only one cancellation fee applies. For cancellations within 24 hours, the one-hour fee replaces the 50% fee; the two fees are not added together.
How notice is calculated
Notice is measured from the time we receive your email or text to the scheduled start of your session. One week means seven days (168 hours). Session times are in Pacific Time, the studio's local time.
Exactly 24 hours' notice falls under the one-hour fee. Exactly seven days' notice falls under the 50% fee.
How to cancel
Email mezorecords@gmail.com or text (657) 206-6776 with your name and the date and start time of the session you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt and any applicable fee.
If you need a different date, contact us to discuss availability before making a new booking.
