Booking Policy
Please review our payment terms, revision pricing, and video options before confirming your session. We will agree on the details with you so you can arrive ready to focus on your project.

Confirming your booking
An inquiry does not reserve a date. We will confirm availability, session timing, scope, and pricing with you directly. Please share any audition requirements, deadlines, and video preferences before your session.
Payment
Full payment for your session is due no later than the end of the session. You may pay in advance; any remaining session balance must be settled by the time the session ends.
Editing requests
If you need editing of your session recordings, you must request it no later than the end of your session. Please discuss your editing requirements with us before you leave.
Revisions
All requested revisions are charged separately, starting at $50. The final cost is determined case by case based on the scope and complexity of the changes. We will confirm the price with you before beginning the revision.
4K video option
4K videos are available as an optional upgrade starting at an additional $50. You must request 4K at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your session so we can confirm your requirements and the final upgrade price in advance.
Cancellations
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Notice periods and cancellation fees are covered in our Cancellation Policy.
